These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Roosters Rolling BBQ website and your engagement of our catering services. By using our website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Roosters Rolling BBQ provides live-fire BBQ and taco catering services in Vacaville, California and throughout Northern California. Submitting an inquiry through our website is a request for information and a quote — it does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Quotes & Bookings

• Quotes and pricing shown on our website are estimates and may change based on your event's specific requirements, headcount, location, and date.
• A booking is only confirmed once we provide written confirmation and any required deposit has been received.
• Final pricing, menu selections, and event details will be set out in your catering agreement.

Deposits, Payment & Cancellations

A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Payment terms, deposit amounts, and cancellation and refund policies will be provided in your catering agreement before your event is confirmed. Please contact us for current details.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

By submitting our form and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Roosters Rolling BBQ. Our SMS program sends transactional messages — such as inquiry responses, scheduling, quotes, appointment coordination, and event confirmations — and, if you separately opt in via the optional marketing checkbox, occasional promotional messages such as special offers and event promotions.

• Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Service Area

We serve Vacaville and the greater Northern California region. Travel beyond our standard service area may be subject to additional fees, which will be reflected in your quote.

Food Allergies & Dietary Needs

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. While we take care in preparing your food, our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roosters Rolling BBQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
